Blue Wail was founded by singer-songwriter-guitarist Mick Hartcher and is producing independent music originals with a strong blues-folk-rock influence. After working in Science for many years, Mick has ventured out as a musician, actor, and writer. His vision is to help enact change by evoking thought and positivity through music and storytelling. The music of Blue Wail mixes acoustic and electric guitar, powerful bass, keyboard, drums, and assorted instruments and sounds, with emotive vocal performances to create a unique blend that crosses genres. The lyrics are typically ballads with strong themes including current and future world issues, love and friendship, the power of the individual, and peaceful coexistence.
